Understand your cycle, phase by phase
Log your period and symptoms in seconds, see which phase you're in and what comes next. Predictions adjust to your real cycle — and if your period is late, Nuya shows “N days late” instead of pretending it arrived.
- ✓Predictions that learn from your cycles
- ✓Delays shown honestly, never made up
- ✓Phases alongside sleep, energy, and mood

What you can do
How it works
Your cycle, not an average
Every body has its own rhythm. If your cycles run 30 days instead of 28, Nuya notices and adjusts the next predictions — and tells you when it learns something new about you.
- ✓Predictions calculated from your own logs
- ✓Adaptive length: 28, 30 — whatever yours is
- ✓A heads-up whenever the prediction adjusts
The truth, with no invented data
If your period hasn't arrived by the predicted date, you see “N days late” — instead of an app pretending it came. Your logs are the only source of truth.
- ✓“N days late” instead of a made-up period
- ✓A period is only recorded when you log it
- ✓Predictions treated as estimates — and shown as such
Phases alongside sleep, energy, and mood
Your cycle doesn't live in an isolated tab: it shows up on the Home screen, connects with sleep, energy, and mood in your insights, and joins the history you can bring to appointments.
- ✓Home chip, like “Day 21 · Luteal phase”
- ✓Insights connecting cycle with sleep, energy, and mood
- ✓What you log in the pop-up also lands in your symptom diary
- ✓A history ready to bring to your appointment
Frequently asked questions
Is Nuya's Cycle area paid?
No. Nuya is free on the Brazilian App Store, and cycle tracking is part of the app.
Is there an Android version?
For now, Nuya is available only for iPhone (iOS).
Can I use the predictions as contraception?
No. Predictions are estimates based on your own logs — they are not a contraceptive method or a diagnosis. For contraception, talk to your gynecologist.
My cycle isn't 28 days. Does the app work for me?
Yes. Nuya learns your cycles' real length — 30, 32, whatever it is — adjusts the predictions, and tells you when it learns something new.
I'm pregnant or breastfeeding. What now?
Sign-up asks about it, and the experience adjusts: phases and predictions that don't make sense right now are suppressed.
Is my cycle data protected?
Yes. Cycle data is sensitive data and is handled under LGPD, Brazil's data protection law. It's yours: you can delete everything whenever you want and reach us at suporte@saluorg.com.
Does Nuya detect health problems in my cycle?
No. Nuya organizes your logs and shows patterns, but it doesn't diagnose. If your cycles are persistently irregular, see a gynecologist.
Nuya organizes and clarifies your health information. It doesn't diagnose and doesn't replace your doctor.
